Support

Help for setup, supported sites, and full access.

Quick answers for installing ThreadLite, choosing the right AI chat page, activating a license key, and understanding the privacy boundary.

Install path

Use the official Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons, or Firefox Add-ons listing. After installing, pin ThreadLite from the browser extensions menu so the popup is easy to reach. Do not use random ZIP files from other sources.

Supported page

Open a long ChatGPT thread first, then try a selected supported host such as Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, or Grok. If the popup says the page is not supported, reload the tab once and check that you are on the real chat page, not a settings, login, or landing page.

License key issue

Copy the license key exactly from the purchase email, including any dashes. Make sure the browser is online, paste the key into the ThreadLite popup, and press Activate once. If it still fails, wait a minute and try again before contacting support with the checkout email and error text.

Trial ended

Turbo Chat needs full access after the 2-day trial ends. Reinstalling is not a trusted way to restart the trial because the trial is checked by the ThreadLite license service. If ThreadLite helped on a real long chat, buy full access once and paste the license key into the popup.

Privacy boundary

No chat upload. No analytics. No tracking.

ThreadLite does not upload prompts, responses, chat titles, conversation IDs, screenshots, or page contents to ThreadLite servers.
